Privacy policy

This policy explains how Resume Studio, operated by Bhargab, handles your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The resumes and job description you upload, and the resume we create for you.
• Payment confirmation details from Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Why we use it

Only to create, deliver and support your resume order, to send you emails about that order, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Anthropic provides the AI model that reads your resumes and writes the tailored version. Data sent to it is used to process your request, not to train its models.
• Cashfree Payments processes payments.
• Our hosting and email providers store and deliver your files and emails.

How long we keep it

Your uploaded resumes, job description and generated resume are deleted automatically 30 days after your order. We keep basic order and payment records as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing bhargabdas247@gmail.com. You can also withdraw consent; we will then delete your files, though this ends any open order.

Security

Your order page is only reachable through a private, hard-to-guess link sent to you. Keep it private.
