Refund and cancellation policy

Each resume is created specifically for you as soon as you pay, so we handle refunds as follows.

Full refund

• If we cannot generate your resume because of a problem on our side.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order.

Not refundable

• Once your resume has been delivered, because the work is complete. Instead, use your free edits and regenerations for 7 days, or contact us and we'll help improve it.
• If the uploaded files are unreadable or not resumes. Contact us and we'll help you re-upload.

Calls and marketing audits

• You can reschedule a career call or audit call at no cost with 24 hours' notice.
• If we can't schedule your call or audit within 14 days of payment, you get a full refund.
• Once the call has taken place or the written audit has been delivered, the fee is not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email bhargabdas247@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders can't be cancelled after payment because generation starts immediately.
