Terms of service

These terms apply to the resume writing service offered by Resume Studio ("we", "us"), operated by Bhargab, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

You upload one or more of your existing resumes and a job description. We use software, including artificial intelligence, to produce a resume tailored to that job in our standard format, delivered as a Word (.docx) file and a PDF.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that the resumes you upload are your own and that their contents are true.
• You are responsible for reviewing the final resume and making sure every statement in it is accurate before you use it.
• You will not upload anything unlawful or that you have no right to share.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown before payment: Rs 500 for a resume and cover letter, Rs 799 for a LinkedIn profile makeover, Rs 1099 for both, and Rs 199 for an extra job version of an existing order. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Edits and regenerations

For 7 days after payment you may edit your resume on the review page and regenerate it up to 2 times for the same job description. A different job description is a new order.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We work hard to make your resume as strong as possible, but we cannot guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular result.

6. Intellectual property

The resume content belongs to you. Our template design, website and software remain ours.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
